How to keep your SteamAero performing at peak for years.

Descaling your reservoir

Use one SteamAero refill sachet per quarter for daily users, or every 6 months for occasional use. Fill the tank, run for 3 minutes, empty, and rinse twice with distilled water.

Storing between uses

Always empty the tank after use. Store the unit upright in a dry place. Coil cords loosely to avoid stress on the connectors.

Replacing pads and brushes

Microfiber pads should be replaced every 60 cleaning sessions or when fibers no longer recover after washing. Brush heads typically last 12-18 months under regular use.

Warranty

All SteamAero products carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Register your product within 30 days of purchase to activate.
